1. Service description
MazhaWatch is a free, informational weather tracker that displays approximate rainfall conditions across Kerala's 14 districts. Data is sourced from Open-Meteo (open-source weather API) and Weather Union (Zomato). This service is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee.
2. Data accuracy
Weather data displayed on this site is approximate and may differ from actual conditions. MazhaWatch is not a certified meteorological service. For official forecasts and severe-weather warnings, always refer to the India Meteorological Department (IMD) at mausam.imd.gov.in. Do not use this service as the sole basis for safety-critical decisions.
3. No warranties
This service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The operator of MazhaWatch makes no guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or accurate at all times.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of MazhaWatch shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this service or the data it provides.
5. Third-party data sources
This service uses weather data from Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com) and Weather Union (weatherunion.com). These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. MazhaWatch does not control the accuracy, availability, or content of data provided by these sources.
6. No personal data collection
MazhaWatch does not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information. No login, registration, or cookies are required to use this service. Server-side logs may be retained by the hosting provider (Vercel) in accordance with their privacy policy.
7. Changes to terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
